       DrBIK Article Respiratory Practices (Pranayama) and its benefits published on 06-04-1981 in Daily Urdu Newspaper of New Delhi “Tej Dehli”
Since 10-03-1981 being “1st outstanding, passionate & voluntarily Yoga researcher medical graduate (Unani System of Medicine of AYUSH Govt of India)” I started giving series of my research based papers which were need based on burning issues, highly technical Articles on various aspects of Yoga (without facilities and resources like today with a lot of communal opposition) to make aware society about efficacy of some glorious Yoga Exercises in the interest of humanity. The Articles were submitted to mass media for evaluation and if found valuable, for the publication (in Daily Newspapers of New Delhi). 


         The outcome of my research based Articles is that, it is a trustable source of Yoga ethics in understandable language, “refined brand and Advanced Scientific technique of Yoga Para-Medical Psycho-physical Fitness Exercises having the  unusual medicinal value for

(i) health care, 
(ii) prevention of occupational health hazards of 20th century civilization  easily, safely and with full money back value, for
(iii) promotion of youthfulness to perform the best - day to day activities with joy & vigor and
(iv) to inbuilt lifetime wellbeing lifestyle-technique with lifelong validity,
(v) to provoke participatory & Contributory responsible citizenship (सेवा)
(vi) to enjoy blissful life.
